As a licensed clinical psychologist with over 40 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals heal and grow. My academic journey includes earning a Master’s degree from Rutgers University in NJ and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the California Graduate Institute in Los Angeles.
With extensive experience in psychotherapy, I have worked with individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re worried it will take a long time to feel better. That’s why with EMDR you will find an effective approach that helps many of my clients experience real relief in just 4 to 6 sessions. Whether you’re processing trauma, stress, or emotional pain, I’m here to guide you—at your pace, with compassion, and with a focus on lasting healing. You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to wait months to feel a shift. Alongside EMDR, I also use Talk Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to support a deeper, more personalized path to healing.

Psychotherapy is a compassionate and supportive process that helps you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and understanding. In our work together, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through this process, we uncover patterns that may be holding you back and develop new ways of coping, healing, and growing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, psychotherapy offers tools to foster resilience and emotional well-being. I may integrate effective techniques like EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deep healing and transformation. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting change in your life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, research-backed therapy that helps process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. In our sessions, I guide you through a structured process that allows your brain to reprocess painful memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. EMDR doesn’t erase the past, but it helps you feel less stuck in it—so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence. Many of my clients find relief from long-held fears, negative beliefs, and emotional pain through this approach. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal at your own pace and reclaim a sense of peace and strength in your life.
